Hotel Barba is a newly opened hotel in Starigrad Paklenica, a town located ten kilometers from the A1 motorway (Zagreb-Split) exit. We are categorized as a two-star hotel only because the size of most of our rooms (15.5 m2) according to the Ministry of Tourism Regulations is insufficient for three or more stars. We try to compensate for this slight disadvantage with content that some other two star hotels do not offer. We are particularly proud of the fact that we have built a close, almost family atmosphere, where we pay special attention to each of our guests and we strive to make their every moment in our hotel more beautiful and enjoyable. You are the focus of everything we do and for us, there is nothing more important than your satisfaction. Hotel Barba has 18 rooms in total: 15 double rooms without a balcony and 3 quadruple rooms with a private balcony and sea view. Each room is equipped with modern air conditioning with unlimited use. In all the rooms, the terraces, the restaurant and in every other part of Hotel Barba we have enabled you to use the broadband internet (WIFI). As the matter of fact, you can use it on the very beach, too. Thanks to the fiber-optics, we have at our disposal, at all times, for all guests of our hotel, enough speed for downloading and uploading data as well as web surfing. Your job, if it depends on the Internet, will not suffer for sure, and your children will be able to enjoy their online content as if they were at home. The rooms are equipped with LED TV receivers so you could keep tuned to Croatian terrestrial programs with the national concession and dozens of satellite programs in all European languages. The Hotel provides an enclosed and guarded parking lot for your vehicles which is for our guests, of course, free of charge. Keep calm, your car is safe. On the ground floor of the Hotel, there is a restaurant and an outdoor terrace with up to 60 seats. On the terrace, you are protected from the sun by an awning, and in case of wind or rain, the terrace is closed on its sides which gives you peace to enjoy your drink or coffee, and, above all, the delicious food from our kitchen. On the second floor of the Hotel, there is a large common terrace furnished partly as a sunbathing area and partly as a place to enjoy and relax on the rattan sofas protected by parasols. The view from this terrace is unforgettable: the sea within your reach and the most beautiful sunset you can imagine. Our greatest wish is to make your stay more enjoyable.
